Really, cause I see the word often, often in said resource. Maybe you're blind?
Well actually I did agree. I even made it a point to specify that I wasn't generalizing environment, and was generalizing the internet environment in this case.
But no, don't think I agreed until later. Just like I didn't call what you said bait right away either.
Yes says me. Are you saying that most internet forums have proper debates? I mean, I wouldn't believe you were suggesting it, but I suppose you could just be naive about it.
Well no you wouldn't. You would go "You were wrong on this point here, for this reason here." Not "LAWL! You were wrong somewhere, because I said so."
There's a fine difference between the two you know.
The grace to admit you made a mistake after you tried to arrogantly 'correct me' a few times and had to have the point practically dragged across your face to see it?
It's nice to think I've never admitted I've made a mistake. I have. I just tend not to unless I actually feel I did. Not because you believe it.
You might want to use a different thing than the podium. Having a proper place that you are speaking at is conducive to the debate.
Really, because you were saying I had made a contradiction earlier. Now it's just a clearly wrong statement? Well it's nice to see you remain consistent. See Irony.
Just because you want to believe it's wrong, doesn't mean it is.
You still don't seem to get what I was arguing. But it's cool. Considering this recent argument, well I can see why.

"Often" was never used in that article to define differences.Kalistean wrote...

You see, because in this case the environment is an internet environment. Also, is not saying that only proper debates may be held in a debate competition setting a generalization about environment?

See Irony. You said that in order for me to "shove words back in your mouth", you'd have to had made a contradiction. I didn't correct you on this part immediately, which is my fault, but it was never me who asserted that you made a contradiction. (I merely agreed that you have.) Don't get me wrong, you have made contradictions, and I have pointed them out before, but the case here is clearly incorrect statements. In order to "shove someone's words back at them", all there as to be is a situation at a future point in time after they've said their part in which you can use their own statement against them.

Meh, we're just going around in circles now anyways. It's just going to boil down to "NO YOU!" For awhile.
It was fun for a little bit, but meh.
What does fans have to do with anything? Have you seen some of the retarded crap on ff.net that has thousands of reviews?

I suppose, but it wouldn't be the same as actually going out and chasing one.
