I ve watched a lot of ntr hentai and i must say i love the genre but in all the ntr hentai i have seen it is always the male who is the one suffering and the female is the one being stolen away.
Why cant it be the opposite where the MC is a female and her man is being fucked right in front of her eyes and she can do nothing about it. Why does the ntr genre focus on a male mc pov and never a female mc pov its because the genre itself is sexist. Ntr is the only genre where the protaganist is a never a female

male targeted audience. You have to have the male reader be able to put themselves in the character's shoes (even in a genderswaped character). So if you have the MC be a woman and you put it solely from a woman's perspective without the male being able to relate to any of the male characters, then you have lost of the targeted audience focus. I know women such as myself read hentai, but we are not as much of a target audience as men (we do have some out there for us, but not as much and usually it's BL love since a lot of women are fujoshi lol)
To be honest though I feel like there are a couple hentai's out there that meet what you are describing, but I don't know them off hand. Just look around some more for this genre if it interests you.
