I Thought It’d be Harem Paradise, but it Turned Out Yandere Hell.

This one I'm not sure about, I've been told "yandere" is misread, and should be tsundere.

Freedom Fall

A short title about you escaping a tower with a stalker princess leaving very questionable messages on the wall.

Ah cool, unfortunately the yandere hell game will probably never get translated when it does come out. Freedom Fall looks fun though, might have to try it out.

Is there any new yandere manga worth checking out? I used to read a few, but they've all stopped updating as of late.

Bright World Project seems to be getting a consistent update every 3-5 weeks, and the most recent chapter focuses on the yandere character. And after that one year hiatus, Onii-Chan Control seems to be getting regular updates now as well.

Unfortunately, most other mangas haven't updated in several months. Zero-Q mentioned a newer manga, MOUSUGU SHINU HITO, which also seems to be getting an update every month or two, and the story is escalating quickly.

One-shots which contain yandere are appearing less and less frequently. I imagine there are new ones, but they might not be tagged with "yandere", and I'm not about to sift through several titles to find them. I'll leave that to the unemployed.

Ah, Bright World Project! I totally started that a while ago, and forgot to favorite it, and then kinda forgot about it!

Why do some people naturally think a yandere has to be some kind of weird monster or undead thing?

Yandere symbolizes pure devotion, bloodshed, or even death. Perhaps it is implying eternal love or bloodshed of some sort. I do not know what exactly happened that it resorted to that kind of thing.

A yandere is simply strong devoted love that only ends in blood shed for the disloyal.
