So... it appears that you can look at the route map from the load menu as well... So far... my first time around... I have Kotonoha at roughly 80% and Sekai at roughly 20%. Go yanderes! lol. XD

It is a massive route map. I don't even have a clue about the color coding. Oh, wait. Ahhh! It is the two colors at the upper center part on the game proper. Maybe it will change if I triggered another possible route.

There's, like, 5 different colors. The top bar during the game tells you your current Kotonoha to Sekai ratio... their respective colors on the route map, however, are completely different. Choosing all Kotonoha options is leading me on the route (on the map) that is colored red...

I think HQ have more endings and some different choices. If you follow regular guide you wont achieve the ending it says sometimes.

It feels so weird to try and do Sekai's route... when it feels so natural to do Kotonoha's route...

I have seen this before. Sadly, the site name is not relevant to its contents. Quite misleading, really. The other image sites are better sources of yandere pictures.
