There needs to be a rule in place that waifus being claimed, then divorced within the first hour or so needs to go to the default winner. Skyler claimed her, Skyler keeps her. Jonoe's new rules/list aren't in the OP thread so it is understandable that it hasn't been noticed.

Claiming and divorcing a waifu right away is belittling the love for the waifu game. We otaku love our waifu, and abusing the 48 hour rule to get laughs is low. We should implement penalties for ill practices to counter trolling. Waar, if you are neutral I hope you take this into consideration.

I personally believe that 48 hours is too long and would only serve to build anticipation and angst over the audience. I personally believe that a day would suffice.
Edit: Also, I noticed that some would pick just to annoy people.

Rather than just "pointing fingers" and "taking sides" again, lets just get to the point of this problem
To avoid another "Ninja Claim" like this
I suggest a new rule.
-If a user only provided a name, he/she has 10 minutes to quickly update the source and pics. In that same 10 minutes, NO user can claim the same Waifu/husbando.
feel free to discuss about this new rule that I suggest.
This will endorse People to get a little bit serious about their claims.
Seriously, people who claims without proper source and pics are "usually" lazy. Show your LOVE by posting a proper claim
