Youtube and Dragonball Z...

Is it just me or are they now taking down everything DBZ related...?

I had a BUNCH of fucking awesome "[MAD]" DBZ vids on my faves list and now theire all fucking taken down...

Would youtube really try to "kill off" an anime that a whole generation of people pretty much lived by...?

I didnt mind youtube being assholes and taking down all other awesome things... but this is going too far...

The sadder thing is theyre mostly taking down the "[MAD]" vids and not the craptastic american made ones...

And I think fucking youtube somehow blocked off Keepvid, so now I cant even fucking download it...

Does anyone else know any good sites like keepvid that are simple and dont fucking require a fucking download of some sort...?

Nothing new to see here. Copyright stuff has been going on for ages with anything music related.

Even to the extent of videos being taken down for a mirror reflecting a TV show.

I've seen Google get a lot stricter about deleting videos for copyright infringements over the last couple of years. Particularly with AMVs.

It's not new nor is it only related to DBZ. I've been into K-ON mads ever since they started appearing on youtube and i've seen countless accounts that had them being deleted. I managed to download a big portion of those videos before they got deleted, but some I didn't. ;\ Including a really awesome remix of the OP x ED.

My suggestion? Get yourself a niconico account, get rikaichan addon, and enjoy it.

episodes I understand, but amv's are more like advertisements than anything
