Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums here, although I have been on this site for a while. I'm a physics major at UCF, and I am a huge anime fan, and I obviously like hentai... I look forward to getting to know people on here, and hope to be a contributing member of the forums as well, although I may unfortunately have periods of lessened activity due to school becoming more time-consuming.

Physics is just about memory and conceptualization, there aren't any hardcore calculations. Also welcome.

Thanks for the welcome, however, I would like to disagree about the lack of hardcore calculations in Physics... Certain areas do contain a great deal of intense mathematical calculations, such as Quantum Mechanics, where often it is not possible to perform experiments since when we measure the results we inadvertently change them. Therefore, we have only to trust the math and calculations. That being said, I do agree that it is mostly just conceptualization and memorization of complex mathematical concepts.

You're welcome, I often find that people have misconceptions about physics, since they often don't have much experience with it on a more in depth level, and therefore have no idea what it is truly like... So in the end, it is not really that you were wrong, just misinformed...
