Hai all!

Heard about this site from my gf (lol), and attended the panel at ConnectiCon this year. Like it thus far.

My main interests besides the obvious would be video games, anime, comic books, action figures and cosplaying.

I actually haven't cosplayed yet, but my plan is to cosplay Keiichi from Higurashi for the AAC this October.

Welcome to the forums. Keiichi cosplay sounds interesting. I loved Higurashi. Does your girlfriend plan on cosplaying one of the characters with you?

She wants to cosplay Rena, though it really depends on her budget. Both of us are really low on resources at the moment. I'll just be happy attending the con even if I can't do the cosplay.

We're also trying to this Higurashi cosplay for a skit with a friend, who's going to cosplay Shion. The idea is something akin to Nightmare B4 Xmas' "Kidnap the Sandy Claws" song. So I'm going to be chased around by the two of them with a Santa hat on me hahaha!

I hope we can get this done. It would be lots of fun. :D

That actually sounds kind of cool seeing as how I fucking love that movie and grew up with it. *ahem* Anyways, if you end up doing that you should totally record it and post it. Or at least post your cosplay in the cosplay section. I'm curious to see how much like Keiichi you look.
