Hello.
2
Hi. I recently got kicked out out of a few religious, political and sports forums in Scotland, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands lately (they couldn't understand that Calvinist Nazis shouting "No Surrender!" and "Hullo hullo" every now and then without a reason are better people), so I thought, why not make people hate me here?
Hy hobby is thinking highly of myself, complaining about how the modern world is worthless, saving up money, and trying to make my little sister call me 'onii-chan'.
And yes, I like to use cinicisms, irony and sarcasms a lot. I rarely use emoticons, so I'd sugest careful reading of my posts before flooding my inbox or making an off-top in the thread.
My engilsh spelling is not what you'd call 'top notch', I often use german, french and dutch spellings by mistake (for being such a superior entity I speak quite a few languages), so please don't take offence at my words too quickly.
I realy like to write about myself, so I'd better stop now.
Now is Your turn to tell me how welcome I am and how honored You all feel.
If that thread is left without a reply it'll be quite interesting as well.

You're quite the character, aren't you? Nothing wrong with that, always adds to the community, and we can always use more verbose members. Seeing that you are a superior being of some sort, I'm sure you can find your way around the forums just fine, so I'll leave it at that. Welcome, and good to have you.

Well, I've already read some of your post in the anime discussion boards and from what I've seen, you're indeed a son of b; I like your style and I believe you're capable of becoming an asset to this community with your mouth alone, or fingers rather. Hopefully, you'll stick around and post often, specifically in some of my threads. Don't be discourage if ever you might incur some other users' narrow mindedness (-rep). Lastly, just keep in mind that you're not the only one "special" who've ever graced this place. In fact, you should feel very honored that I even bothered greeting you a humble welcome.
+REP for a well rounded introduction. Don't get too excited, it only means that "I think" we're goin to get along just fine, just don't count on it.
ed: @ImpX
What's a "forum" without any arguments? - Damn boring! Reps have no value whatsoever, heck, I can't even buy one single stick of cigarette with it. And I admire someone who is not afraid to speak his mind, so long as it makes any sense and despite being on the opposite side of my own views. Having less reputation or none at all, one can earn my respect through words alone. Unfortunately, there's only a few of us here who's quite susceptible (open minded) on certain subjects.

Hello there, interesting intro you have there, but what's the point of making people hate you?
I think the best thing anyone can do when they don't agree with another person on a Forum (that isn't a serious debate) is to keep quiet. What's the point of arguing and losing reps?

I fully agree, however, don't you get that strong urge to prove someone his stupidity from time to time? Although I don't do it often, for when argueing with an idiot never makes a good case, first they bring you down to their level, and then they beat you with experiance (a czech proverb, or a quote from Hasek... or maybe one of the Capeks, nvm).
Anyhow, I'll do my best to bring some quality posting to this already overally high level forum.

Also, I understand that arguments really liven up a forum. If it's for the sake of a purposeful argument, I certainly don't mind voicing my opinions. Take for instance, is Lelouch dead or not? I remember posting about 70 comments in a day on MAL just for that topic alone. I definitely think he's alive, regardless of Sunrise says.
What I meant was that there is no point in simply replying to a thread like this. Why waste your time arguing with screwed up people like that? There no point in shoving sense in someone already screwed up like that. Oh and if I were Jacob I would seriously ban him.

Well, when I see noobs around forums I stick at (which is all the time), I don't feel need to make them realize their stupidity because people like you and holic always exist to mock them. I find it pretty entertaining just as an observer, and I don't like people hating me. I don't even feel good when I mock them. I won't hesitate to help noobs in need though. When they pretend to know everything I just let holic and co (you included) to take care of it. :)

Good. We need more quality posters around the place. See you around :)

With regards to the link you've provided, I believe that's the first time I ever saw a comment like that from Jacob. Trolls, as I do believe that their existence are essential to give the forums some sort of relief. Not that they cannot post/say something of significance every once in awhile; they simply chose not to. I give them credit by the number of users they can manage to agitate.

There is no such thing like an action without a meaning. Therefore it is perfectly normal to kill a frog which gives you 1 exp. To people who aim for large numbers that can be vital; after all, when talking about hockey we can talk about Ovechkin, who has 110+ points, or about Ruutu, who has 400+ penalty minutes, and "the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about", as Wilde notices.
There are players that score tons of goals, but rarely pass to team mates, there are players that have a lot of +/- points while having little goals and assists, there, finally, are players who have ballanced stats, and they all play hockey. Further more, Boston fans like a brutal game, NY Islanders fans like a quick paced game and so on. That whole variety makes the NHL so great. Add the european leagues and you have a Barier Reef ecosistem of hockey. Be it playing, coaching or being a fan, you can even not be interested in hockey at all, and just read the newspapers from time to time thinking "It seems this and this player is good in what he does"- you'll still have fun, but the amount of it will depend on your preferences.
Hope you like hockey metaphores.

Oh yeah, and I am in no way am putting down Catcher in his ongoing argument with the troll. He's awesome and he has my full respects for what he's doing.
You know hermit, you're of the few memorable people I know on Fakku. You even PM'd me for repping you late. I can see what you mean with stirring up agitation. :)
No seriously, I think your personality's pretty awesome. I like it.

Go to wikipedia and study! I was quite fond of my metaphore!
Anyhow, what I meant was something in the lines- every form of activity on a forum has a significance to at least the person responsible, all in all, the evaluation depends on individual tastes, which can strongly vary. Sad thing, when I say it literally it seems obvious and somewhat stupid... the metaphores were a great invention; maybe I'll try soccer next time.
Guess I forgot to add in the opening post that I tend to drift from one subject to another, as I find most of the things in the world interesting and worth mentioning, which is one of the main reasons I'm widely hated, mostly by shallow people.

really? I would have said he was somewhat like you, although I don't think he's claimed to be the "king of Fakku" yet.

Wow, that has to be one of the greatest post I've seen on this site. Remind me to rep you later buddy.
