She's Clair (Ibuki in Japanese) from Pokemon. She is the final Gym Leader of the Johto Region and is a user of Dragon Pokemon.



The intelligence of the human population is a like a pyramid, with the dumb people on the bottom and the smart people on top. Only the small amount of smart people can appreciate Pokemon. Since the dumb people make up the general public, Pokemon is mostly dissed and she was afraid to mention it in fear of getting flamed.
