Click on your profile, click on Edit profile, then scroll down to user Preferences, and make sure you have Show Other Users Signatures: turned to ON.

Go into your profile and edit it and then scroll to the bottom where you see the radials just look for the one that's next to the saying "Show Other Users Signatures" and click the radial under "Yes" and it should allow you to see other users sigs. Also since I can see your sig you should also be able to see it.
