That is Vent from megaman zx on the DS. Haven't actually played it but i would since the story leading up to it was very good from the megaman zero series.

I think depending on the armor you got, determines your weapon. I could be wrong but like i said, haven't tried the game yet, only saw some clips of the game.

lol yeah, I heard you can play as two characters in the game a boy: Vent and a girl: Aile, think that's her name. There's three or four more armors to that you listed. The armors are from characters from the megaman zero, the get the armors from something called "bio-metals"
