Meeting Jacob at Otakuthon led me here

It actually feels like the proper way to greet other people out there is to create an introduction topic. Let me know if I'm wrong. to yesterday I had never heard about Fakkku.

I'm from Montreal. If any of you know about it, this week end it's Otakuthon in Montreal. I ended up in both Fakku panel at Otakuthon. The first panel was about "anime worth watching". The second one was about "visual novels and eroge".

Those two panels were actually quite awesome.

Afterwards we ended up drinking at a bar with Jacob and Candadian Moderator Guy. I led Jacob back to his hotel, because he was drunk and lost. This means that I am not at my best tonight, so I can fill you guys in with a more proper introduction tomorrow.

Absolutely not! I guess fans make very good bodyguards though.

I re-read my introduction post and I'm surprised I made so few mistakes, considering how... tired I was.

I would like to thank Jacob and the two other guys at the panels. (I can't seem to remember your names guys, I'm really sorry. Can someone fill me in?)

It turns out the first panel was not much of a help. Most of the animes I knew from the mangas.

However, a big thanks for the eroge panel. I have never played any eroge, and all the games you showed to us were pretty interesting.

I was the Canadian moderator guy who was also out with you guys most of the time. Thanks for not stealing Jacob's kidney or anything when you brought him back, he owes me one of those. It was really fucking awesome meeting everyone, I can't wait until the next time I get to do a panel for FAKKU.

I lurked a bit more on the forum, and realized my first post is actually sucky as an introduction, since I do not mention any of my interest.

Hentai wise, I like twisted romance harem stories, group sex scenes, tsundere girls.

My favorite hentai medium is manga. I like the fact that repetitive motion can be pictured in a single panel, and the image form makes it possible to view the content at any wanted speed. (As opposed to anime, which is sequential.) Also, I like manga better than doujins, because stories > only sex scenes.

My favorite artists include Kisaragi Gunma, Tony Taka, Kouda Tomohiro, Yamatogawa.

I think it is actually a good thing when hentai is embedded inside a good story or setting. I gives us the time to actually discover the characters and lust for them in a way.

Appart from hentai, I like video games. I especially like JRPGs and SRPGs, fighting games, strategy games (both real time and turned based) and action games.

I like music, including death/folk metal, alternative, punk, ska, electronic music and hip hop.

I also follow several manga series, mainly shounen stuff including Hunter x Hunter, One Piece, Berserk.

By manga as a medium for hentai rather than doujins, what do you mean? Like My Balls?

Awesome I like some of the same stuff you do!! I'm a new member myself.
I agree about doujins, it gets tiring trying to go back to the best sex scene in a hentai anime or video. I like them both but its easier to pleasure myself to the still pictures frame. I've never been a big gaming person but i like to watch and read about them. My favorite artist is also Kisaragi Gunma. Giri Giri Sisters is my favorite.

Mangas are usually around 200 pages while doujins are usually around 20 pages. I think it's fun to have more than 1 chapter about the same characters and settings in a manga.

Maybe I'm mistaken about the disambiguation between the two words, but I'm used to seeing them separated like this.



Giri Giri Sisters is also my favorite. I particularly like the locker room scene.
