I don't think you're alone on the procrastination part. I, as well as a few others, tend to procrastinate as well. Anywho, If you like arguing as much as you say you do, you should check out the Serious discussion forum. Quite a few debates/arguments take place there. Same happens (from time to time) in the Incoherent Babbling section, but it's a lot less serious (and a lot less restricted).
If you have any website related questions, issues with the site or anything else, I recommend checking out the Feedback, Suggestions and Support forum. If you have requests related to hentai, you can check out the Request section. There are loads of other forums and subforums as you can see, so feel free to check those out too.
And finally, I'd like to mention the IRC channel. Feel free to head over there for real time conversation. There is no limit on what you can talk about, though there is a topic displayed upon entrance. The people there aren't always extremely talkative, but they won't bite your head off. If IRC fails, there's always Chatroll. That said, welcome to Fakku and enjoy your stay! Feel free to use the message function if you have any questions, and I'll answer you.
