Are Fakkus packages discrete or does it screams FAKKU?

I would like to buy some physical stuff from FAKKU store, but a bit worried that I have to walk home with a package that loudly gives a hint of what it contains, with "FAKKU!" logo all over it.

Unless someone is going to read the shipping label, they tend to just be brown boxes.

Looks just like something from right stuff or Amazon.

Great, good to hear! Just found this as well:

Do you offer discreet shipping options?

The only wording of FAKKU is on the shipping label, under the return address section.

The packaging we use to ship physical goods is generic and unbranded.

There is no additional mention of FAKKU on any of the items used to house the merchandise within, nor stickers or adhesives placed on the outside.

Though, the idea of an ahegao print shipping box is a little funny...

Ooh, like that ahegao wrapping paper?

That could be a neat option for something you bought as a gift. Send it pre-wrapped. I would imagine most people aren't gifting things from fakku though, eh?

To be quite honest, as fun as I think it would be, I have almost no doubt in my mind that someone, somewhere at a shipping facility would see it and it would suddenly go missing for one reason or another..

let us know the quality of the books if you buy any. I'm interested in buyng a tankoubon from mizone but I don't know what they look like IRL

I'll talk about my experience I guess. First and foremost the only thing the screams FAKKU is the label, so it's discrete in that regard. The more books you buy in one order, the bigger the box. Since another commenter was asking of quality, I'd have to say the quality is fair and holds very nicely. Although it seems paperstock has changed again it's still quality.

The boxes are plain brown ones. But they write "Fakku" on the shipping label. If you have nosy roommates or family they will know what you are getting.

A couple years ago they used to write a generic name as the sender. Not sure why they changed that, but it sucks now.

They used to put Miku the name of Jacob's shiba inu, or random staff usernames.

If I have any boxes come I'm worried about I just have them hold the package at the post office and pick it up myself. Coming home and having one Fakku package opend and left on the dining room table was enough for me.

Heh.. The dining room table?

Reminds me of when I used to buy import laser disks before anime hit mainstream in the US. I work in a machine shop and always have UPS packages shipped there rather than chance having them swiped from the front step at home. Bought a hentai show with character designs by Toshiki Yui. I think it was called European Impressions or something like that. If I remember correctly, the cover had two cute girls in lingerie riding on the back of a pink whale. The back cover had the girls captured by tentacles. One of the owners opened the package by accident. One reason I like working with them is that we all have a sense of humor but he still looked a little embarrassed about not having checked the shipping label first before opening it.
