Do you offer discreet shipping options?

We're required to include return addresses on our shipping labels due to postal regulations. The shipper will be listed as "TENKAI LLC".

The packaging we use to ship physical goods is generic and unbranded. We ship products in brown boxes, white or brown bookfolds, or yellow/gold bubble mailers.

There is no additional branding or mention of FAKKU on any of the items used to house the merchandise within, nor stickers or adhesives placed on the outside.

The only mention of FAKKU is on the products you purchase and on the package lists usually included in your order.
