Updates on figures shipping?

I ordered the Nishikiori Ai (Tatsunami Youtoku) and Hiyori Mikamino (Sasamori Tomoe) figures a long time ago one was set to deliver in April and the other in May. Any updates on when these would potentially ship?

I emailed them last month. They’re still waiting on some of this stuff to arrive. They told me I wouldn’t get anything shipped to me until after the middle of July. That’s when they’d receive their items and start shipping them out. However I’m pretty sure it won’t be till august when I actually receive something.
Believe me, I’ve pre-ordered a figure back in April and the arrival date was scheduled for July. Fakku definitely needs some more employees to keep up with their customer service.

Appreciate the info. It's good to know things are moving. I agree 100% about Fakku needing some more support staff. I dont mind waiting for things, especially in the current times. Its just being left in the dark that can be frustrating.

I'm still waiting on the Aldith (Siokonbu) figure, it's been over a year and I'm only getting complete radio silence on when this is supposed to arrive and ship out.

I too have been waiting over a year for 2 figures. One figure came out Nov. 2020 the other March 2021. Almost all figures come from China so I'm sure delays have a lot to do with covid, from factory issues to supply chain issues, so I try to be understanding xD

The table they've got linked in the stickied topic says that Eve Lovecell figures are in storage I think, but the information is a month out of date from the looks of it (Was checking if the dates had updated).
