UPS double charging for shipping?

i bought a couple of books for the black friday sale, and i just got an email from ups asking me to pay for shipping, when i'm pretty sure i already paid that through fakku. what gives?

Are you sure it isn't brokerage fees? That's not factored into the default shipping price.

I actually just received a few books yesterday from FAKKU (due to the Black Friday sale) and have the form in-front of me. It's called Brokerage C.O.D. Every time I use UPS (or damn near every time) I always get hit by it (from the US to Canada, where I live).
