Here's the deal...if you don't have fat genes, it will really be difficult for you to get fat. If you have fat genes, you have to work twice as hard to stay skinny, and sometimes it won't even work.
I'm usually about 115-120lbs when I do things in moderation. At my fattest I was 127--this is with sitting on my ass all day and not eating healthily. That period of time was about a year ago. Teh bf, who had pretty much the same diet and levels of exercise that I had at the time, went from 150 to almost 200, and is still struggling a bit to get his weight back down. He's only down to 175-180 now, and he's stricter about dieting and exercise than I am, whereas I lost that weight almost immediately after we went back to a healthier diet, even without exercise.
