Team Fortress 2 Now Free Permanently.

That's right, Valve's Team Fortress 2 is now free to play. The update hasn't been made on steam yet, in fact it's been in the middle of it's free week. It's expected that this awesome update be implemented soon.



Now I'll leave all you Mac and PC gamers to download this.

Meh, TF2 died in my eyes when it became all about the hats. Its nice to see that I have a huge collection of everything, but it's ruined to me. Well, I still have Team Fortress Classic. They can't ruin that one.

Hats never really seemed to affect the game for me. Actually it never affected the game period. It was a status symbol that played out a minor role in the game and was a minor nuisance altogether. Never stopped me from playing the game til burnout on multiple occasions.

F2P with no strings/hidden traps/etc. attached.

I made a Steam account just to play this game, this is the first 1st person shooter ive ever played on a computer.

My first FPS was THE first FPS, Wolfenstein 3D. Ah, the glory days of ID. I've since fallen to console gaming due to lack of money to spend on maintaining and upgrading my PC. Newest game my PC can currently play is the first FEAR.
