Well if your serious about your Hematospermia(ejaculation of blood with semen) I would first feel around your testicles for an apparent growth or tumor if not the problem could also be either a growth or tumor in the bladder urethra or prostate as the person above stated or in your seminal vesicles(these you will need to get a check up for these so :3).
