Madcatz TE is definitely the way to go. Had one for over 2 years now, and not a single problem.
I would not recommend QANBA. I showed up at a local gathering and used a guy's QANBA stick. For whatever reason, the stick was all lose and I had a tough time doing the most basic moves. It MIGHT have been just that 1 stick but better safe than sorry.
If you're money conservative and don't mind getting your hands dirty, get a madcatz SE, buy the Sanwa stick and buttons and swap them in yourself.
