I apologize if this is the wrong place to put this.

Main Point:
I'm a late bloomer who needs a social life in order to have balance.
Minor Point: I needed to take my meds
My Goal: World Peace
Solution:
Set good examples
Strategy: Form a club called Anonymous and do good deeds within the community (and hope that the trend will spread like a virus)
My belief: We don't need organized religion anymore, keeping it will only cause more harm than good (ex. 911). Atheists and Creationists need to set aside their differences and work together in order to solve major problems.

tl;dr
Spoiler:

Well, I did something really stupid two weeks ago. However, i don't regret doing it since I made my very first friend and rival. After my rant in IB, I called myself the anti-christ. I believed that managed to to fit all the pieces together in regards to people who are atheist & creationists. I tried to let the whole world know my theory (God = Universe), but my conscience told me to keep it to myself if I wanted to live a long, healthy life. On the other hand, since I stopped taking my meds for over two months, I went into hysteria.

I could not control my laughter, so the only thing I could think of was to strip naked in public and start singing on a bench. The police rolled up on me, and I cursed at a female police officer. She go intimidated (even though I was unarmed) and I ended up getting pepper sprayed. I told her "thank you" in addition to other things that questioned her bias towards blacks and her faith in God. I then mentioned that i was addicted to the internet. I forget how I went about the conversation, but I ended up in the psychiatric hospital.

At first, I thought I was in hell because everyone was too nice to me. Then I realized that I could play a little game called "reverse psychology". The place immediately went from hell on Earth to paradise. Before I could play the game, I needed a friend who could back me up. Thats when I found [insert name]. He was the first one who tried to talk to me, rather than admire me.

Everyone except for him left as soon as I wrote a subliminal message that said "abandon religion and just do the right thing". I made a friend & rival in less than 15 minutes. That's how easy it is to have a social life. I subconsciously chose [insert name] to be my guardian angel because he reminded me of my own little brother. In order to spread "love and peace we both decided to form our own branch of "Anonymous" that helps the homeless in our community. My desire to be alone will always be my test in life, but now that I have someone who understands me, I'm ready to take on the world one step at a time.

"Forever Bored"

Conclusion:
Even a loner gets lonely sometimes.

[Note: If you want in on the new Anonymous group, then just pm me, and I'll fill you in on the details.]

I don't agree that religion is the barrier from obtaining world peace. There is a VERY small percentage of radicals who take religion too far (such as 9/11), but that does not mean religion itself is the issue. I've studied Francis Schaefer, and he actually believes the opposite. he says that without a universal standard for morals (which comes from religion), Society will become corrupt. This is most evident by examining the collapse of Rome:

Spoiler:
They tried to make a man (Caesar) an artificial standard for morals, but this brought about violence in dispute of who shall ascend to the throne. They tried to use artificial gods to control moral standards, but disagreements caused other gods to be created. ultimately, there was no universal standard for them to live by, so people began to fight for standards that benefited themselves. The Christians believed in a universal God, who was above any other authority. The roman government persecuted them because they believed in a universal truth above Caesar. Eventually, Rome collapsed due to violence and hatred among themselves. The only thing that survived was the christians, because they had a universal standard.

it's great that you want to obtain world peace, but it's really important that you examine history, and examine what the problem is. you seem to think religion is the problem, but I believe religion is the solution. I'm not suggesting that we force it upon people, but we can inspire our laws from it.

I myself am dangerously inspired by Code Geass, and I would like to create world peace. after countless hours thinking about it, I realized that the only way to obtain it is to control the media. If I'm able to do that, I truly believe that I can create world peace.

That's a strong argument and I agree with most of what you said. Its not the scriptures that are at fault, but rather the people that manipulate the messages to suit their own bias and greed. However, I'm not suggesting we get rid of religion, I just "believe" that we don't need it anymore. In civilized cities, we have laws that are based on morals written in the bible and other religious text from across the globe. Those laws do not include go to church. IMO, I believe that the entity that we call God doesn't want to be worshiped.

The only expectation God has is to be the best you can be (A better version of yourself). i say this because I think God gave me an answer to my question (Q: Are you lonely?) via a lucid dream. I predict that by the time 2012 comes to an end, it'll be the beginning of the space age. We'll all evolve into hetero-sapiens rather than homo-sapiens. Once we colonize most of the galaxy, humanity will realize that we really are alone in this universe.

We'll get homesick for our mother planet, so we'll start sending subliminal messages into the minds of the humans that are still alive on the dying planet. Those remaining humans will go back to their roots and live off of the land. They'll continue to search for God, while the humans who left earth will continue to evolve. Then the earth will get swallowed up by the sun. Trillions of years later, the universe will return to nothingness. Only one star will be left.

That star has consumed all of the matter and energy. Being unable to sustain all that pressure, the star releases the matter and energy at a speed faster than light. This cycle will continue for all of eternity. I'm agnostic and this is my belief.

no offense, but all that space-age galaxie stuff made no sense at all; humans are way to delicate to live anywhere but earth.

in regards to religion, I don't think it's fair to make the statement "we don't need religion", a much more accurate statement would be "I don't need religion". I think a world of peace would mean that everyone would always follow the golden rule. It's almost impossible to accomplish this, but if we do, the result will be peace.

My father has a saying that I think fits well in this situation.

"Religion would be great if not for the people involved."

All joking aside, I have spent the last 3 or so years of my life studying various world religions and have found out something very important. Religion in itself is not a bad thing, more often than not, it can help people grow both mentally and physically. It ones practice, and how the implement their faith, that often effects how it is seen to the outside world. Do you think because 9-11 happened that US some citizens are going to stop being Muslim? No. A group should look beyond such things and learn from it, not dwell on it.

I agree, no one has the right to impose their beliefs on others. If other people want to have something to believe in rather than theirselves, i dont really care. if some religious person/die-hard fanatics of religion approaches me, i simply avoid them... they dont give up until they convince you to their cause and everything

Once again, I agree with you. I think things won't be taken seriously until we all run out of natural resources. However, when I say "we", I'm not just talking about this generation of people (This generation come across as bitchy and lazy. I don't mean to stereotype though because I do the same shit.). I'm referring to humanity's future generation, the ones who will come after us. Those children will learn very quickly the difference between right and wrong. Whether its because they were raised up in an atheist or creationist household would no longer matter (search engines such as google will make sure of that).

If God is real, he didn't give us morals, but rather he gave us sensations and emotions. Those two things (along with memories) are what make us human. The goal for world peace may be unattainable or even pointless, but all great leaders try to get the majority to behave and think a certain way that is best for all of humanity (Well, not if you are referring to bat shit crazy cults like "Heaven's Gate" or "Jim Jones"). I don't expect this new "anonymous" group to change people's views right away, but everything important starts out with one little voice. That voice becomes stronger when more people follow that person's example. We can argue up and down about this, but I'd rather we just agree to disagree.

So you manipulated 2A members and the staff to make your stay in the mental ward completely without purpose? Rather than get actual help for the obvious serious mental problem you have.

And since this is probably a weird mix of delusion, trolling, and reality here is the joke response.

Was the female police officer not to your liking? I mean, you had the perfect icebreaker. Showing women what the big boss looks like.

Anyone running for a title like Miss Universe or whatever it's called..

"World Peace"

Can't they say anything other than that?

There's a method to my madness. In addition to being diagnosed with Schitzoaffective disorder, I also have an irrational fear of people in general (Social phobia). Singing naked on a bench and yelling at a police officer just proved to myself that I need to take my medication. I was giving myself shock therapy in order to treat my mental illness. I lack common sense (like I say time and time again) so the only way I can learn is by observation, practice and failure.

The police officer was pretty hot, but I'm not into American girls. Its all about Japanese women for me. Oh and I have a small penis, so I doubt she'd be infatuated with me.

Hey, shuddup.

Don't look where you fell; look where you slipped.

Only a fool would center everything upon himself and spread chaos through further separating the people of the world, who cares what you believe in, like it makes any difference, especially if your an inane psychopath who's first idea was to oppose the very foundation of the human race that has allowed quelling and turmoil to those unworthy of life in presence to our superiority.organized religion can not be summed up to the likes of extremists and remnants of fallacies that have lurked because of your failure to accept the cracks imposed upon our society. if you wish for peace try to actually keep quiet, we don't need another preacher telling us to do good without god, your just as bad as the misconceptions you wish us to abandon. oh and taking your meds and seeking peaceful recluse might help,

telling us to do good without god

1) I'm not telling anyone to do anything

2) I'm not saying "do good without God", I'm saying people shouldn't be so hung up on organized religion. If you believe in God, then good job, go get yourself a cookie and a purpose (If you don't already have one.). If you don't believe in God, then good job, keep being yourself and obey the law until you die.

3) This activist movement isn't for anyone except myself. I want to suppress my urges to be alone. This is my fight and no one else. If you want to join, then great. If not, then there shouldn't be a problem. Its not like I'm going to do this for the rest of my life. I too will move on when it becomes a hindrance to my recovery and mental health. However, I don't see myself dropping the project anytime soon since being nice to people has always been therapeutic for me.

Conclusion:
Your reason for being offended is invalid. Come back when you gain some exp.

The only way to achieve world peace is if the world is destroyed. According to the laws of thermodynamics, Chaos and disorder is constantly increasing. It is far easier to make something more chaotic than orderly. Take for instance the computer you use to make the thread. It took a lot of money and assembly to make it, but all I have to do is kick it off the table to break it.

I can't read expressions over the internet, but are you actually dead serious with this? I don't mean to discourage, but...'my goal is world peace'. Well wouldn't that be dandy.

World peace will never be acheived. Humans are selfsh creatures and would go to a great deal to upset other people.

Tell me if i'm reading this wrong, but i'm pretty sure your plan won't work.

Honestly, I think things won't get anymore peaceful than it already is (at least not until humans become extinct). However, doing good deeds is the one thing I'm proud of. The effort alone is enough for me to be satisfied. If it doesn't go anywhere then at least I can say I tried to make a small difference.
