This actually poses a very good question: did you tell her that teeth were scraping the instant it started to happen? Or did you decide to "man up" and work through the pain, only to come nagging here later? It really is just her being bad. My first time I was horrible with my hand (I was afraid I was going to rip it off), but I didn't scrap my teeth. Lots of ways to avoid that.
