Well, I'll tell you one thing. Slavegirl-Dorothy is real animation, with none of those rotate/motion-tween shortcuts.
I started animating 6 years ago. 3 years ago, I took one semester intermediate animation class when my schedule allowed. Most of my learning came from
this book. I also interned a few times, but not at any of the 4 studios that attempt real animation.
