I have a Kindle Fire HDX, so anything Kindle compatible (epub or mobi, I guess) would be best for me. Offering a variety of options is the way to go, really. Image files for archiving, ebook formats for tablets, pdfs for near universal compatibility, etc.
You're absolutely right, and we intend to expand the available formats as soon as we sort out how to generate them all in an efficient manner (authoring a book in dozens of formats by hand would obviously get really tiresome really quick).
