So I'm just curious. Isn't lolicon illegal? Why is it allowed on this/other website(s)? I'm afraid to look at it, so can someone tell me why it's allowed on websites?

Fakku is based in the US where lolicon is a legal grey area. If you live in a country where lolicon is illegal, then view at your own risk I guess.

It hard to say since it depends on how it written in your state's laws vs what the federal law is written. Wording and the prosecutor is the factor. The wording do includes drawings and cgi, but the substance of it has never been bought to court yet. Some of the us wording in the CP laws has been changed from one case so 99% of loli and shota shouldn't be a problem under child porn laws. Obscenity is still a factor, but any lawyer who isn't a complete retard can beat it via Miller test or Prosecutor probably wouldn't bother trying it without real CP in the case.
There only been one person tried for lolicon without actual kiddie porn. He plead guilty to obscenity thru the mail. Im not sure why or USPS mail laws to say. Like other's said it a grey area in the us. Just don't let people see it or reading it with your dick out on the bus and you be ok if your in the us and parts of europe. Japanese don't care. CP is still legal to own until june or july of this year. Many trash fires will be set on may 31.
