Can't pay with PayPal?

0
Hi, I'm new in Fakku and I'm here for uncensored games or doujins. I wanted to buy Honey Select because this is the only page I can buy it, but I'm not a credit card user. And I came here with the hope of buy the game. This is my first complaint.

Paypal doesn't allow adult services. Debt cards work if they have visa or mastercard logos. Prepaid cards work depending on nation or bank.

We had bitcoin but the transactional service company dump it. I use target debt cards and vanilla visa has worked for others, you have to log in and add a zip in my case and it works for online ordering. Their other loadable debt cards but only visa and mastercard works.

If it has a visa and mastercard symbol yes since it's essentially a credit card number. Four number per four rows. xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx

Hmm yeah, some sites offer virtual credit cards. Like pay2d
It's free to register one actually, so maybe you could give it a go! ^^

Yeah unfortunately Paypal is in the hands of major banks, who are all pretty conservatively anti-adult-content and will say it is because there’s more chargebacks for it or some other BS.

Yeah, PayPal is fairly well known for doing this. It's basically illegal, but they get away with it because nobody in power cares enough to force them, and those who do care couldn't afford to sue them.

Yeah it's unfortunate that Paypal support is important for some people. Patreon is essentially a pseudo adult content site in a way with how a large amount of creators on there use it. But Paypal can bend their own rules to support that. Though there have been some controversial changes against adult content on Patreon which makes me think it's better that Paypal doesn't start influencing this site.

Why doesn't Fakku use a method that adult sites like Brazzers, Blacked and many others do? They bill through secondary billers like Epoch for example, through which I have bought countless subscriptions for those sites with PayPal.

Surprising some don't allow adult content given how much money must be in it. Maybe prepaid card or something as an alternative

I think there should be other ways of paying than credit card. There are so many alternatives.

a debit card will work
so a normal bank card will work
as long as they have the visa or mastercard logo

and if the bank allow card to be used in on 18+ sites
you may have to tell your bank 1st

and as long as it is not a cash card
which only allow money to be taken out from ATM

My mistake, I meant bank cards overall.

You'd be surprised at just how little there actually are when it comes to running an adult content service, especially hentai. Adult content providers in general are considered "high risk" merchants due to the amount of fraud that happens on their services (people using stolen cards, accounts, etc). So already that's a risk that turns off many payment providers. Next you have the content itself which plays a large factor in being approved or rejected by payment providers. Basically, the approval process all comes down to risk and if the payment provider's legal team thinks it's an acceptable risk they're comfortable taking in allowing the merchant to collect payment with their services.
