Order not delivered and no reply from support.

So I ordered a $200 figure last year in june. it's now august. It was delayed, so I was told it would be arriving in spring. it's now august. I am not even allowed to get a refund anymore. I'm not getting email replies. Can I at least get the status on my purchase? where is it? This is extremely frustrating.

From what I've heard oftentimes with these figures the distributer isn't even informed of when they're receiving the shipment until less than a month from when they actually receive the product. I ordered a $300 figure in Jan of 2020 that had a release date of March 2021 and I didn't receive it until a couple weeks ago. That's how much stuff has been delayed I guess. It was kind of frustrating and I started to get impatient but it arrived.

Usually distributors for figures get their figures sent to them via surface mail (i.e., by boat). If the figure has been released in Japan, I'd tack on about 3-4 months onto the Japanese release date to get a rough idea of when to expect it to get shipped by FAKKU based on the last couple of figures I've gotten from distributors outside of Japan (although I think it was usually about 1-2 months pre-pandemic).

Plus covid lead to no shipping containers being returned with export goods so many non perishable Goods go on the back burner from China to Japan and Japan to outside. Im waiting for a game from Japan since may.

The fact that they're not responding sucks, but you probably weren't swindled. I ordered some figures in December 2018 and they didn't get delivered until December 2020.
