processing and shipping

Hi hello everyone my order has been in process for 4 days now and the order page still says processing how long does processing take and when will it be shipped also it say preorder October 2022 which is the month we are in so what is happening can some help I sent a ticket to customer services help asking for help but nothing has happened can some one help?
