Longer than average load times, frequent time-outs

I've been having trouble accessing the site.

Lately, things just aren't loading as fast, and I've been getting frequent time-outs and Cloudflare 524 errors, which indicates that it's an issue with Fakku's tech stack or something going on with their configuration.

It's one of those things that 'comes and goes', like I'll try to access a webpage or the forum and it'll take sometimes 5 mins before it would load before working as normal, but if I step away from the site for a short amount of time or try to re-access it from a mobile IP, it'll still exhibit the same issues.

I hope it gets resolved relatively soon.

i don't think this is just "lately," but ever since the new design downgrade of the website ~ 2 years ago - along with all the associated bugs like a broken block function of course.

We're aware, but unfortunately these issues first started on Friday after office hours. We'll look into it further on Monday and apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.

Today (August 27, 2023) I purchased 15 doujin for $127.82.
The first attempt to pay (6:03 AM) was interrupted by a Cloudflare error.
The second attempt (6:09 AM) was also interrupted by a Cloudflare error.
The third attempt (6:26 AM) was successful.

However, when I checked my email notifications and
Fakku Order History Page, I was shocked to discover
that I had been billed three times for the order---
once for each purchase attempt.

That's quite a bit of money, so I need a refund,
as soon as possible, for order 770484 & order
770485, totaling $255.64.

How do I request a refund?

Submit a support ticket. If you give me your ticket ID, I'll ask CS to prioritize it on Monday. I believe they can just check your account, but I'd also include the first order ID (the one you don't want refunded) to possibly make it easier on support.

My Support Ticket number is 72065.

To recap, I need refunds for orders 770484 and 770485,
which were glitched by Cloudflare errors.
$127.82 + $127.82 = $255.64 total refund

I do NOT need a refund for order 770493, which was
completed properly, without a Cloudflare error.

Now I'm getting blank pages when trying to read any comic. The page image appears momentarily then disappears.
