Oh my!
I've only looked at a few of your things on DA.
These ones however are very well done!
Like I said before, you have a good eye, and it seems I was right!
These are fantastic!
I'm actually learning to color in Photoshop as well, so I know where you are coming from. Transitioning from traditional to digital takes a bit of time.
Anyway, thanks for sharing and I am looking forward to more of your art!

Hello~ I'm back!
*trips on straight ground but manages not to fall this time*
I didn't expect to receive comments so soon, never the less so many >//> thank you
@Ikari4 Thank you very much for the support and the +rep n//n
@Satan Thank you a lot for the warm compliments and support, i hope we may collaborate in the future n//n
@KanuUchou Thank you! I put all my feelings in those works! I apreciate you like them!
@Tegumi You're welcome and thank you for sparing the time to look over them!
@MigZilla *blushes* Thank you. It was a drawing i dedicated to my lover after a fight, so the words are meaningful for me >//>
I took some time and uploaded some other drawings i wanted to work more on. They may not be as good as you would expect them, but it's also because i didn't have the chance to relax and take my time with them T//T
~1 link - this is an attempt to make a hentai(failed) to ecchi drawing requested for a friend (him and his lover), i didn't really have the heart to create a perverted image of him and her(i would feel bad as if i would be soiling them), i wanted to make some innocent love on the paper.
~2link - a WIP for an older OC of mine, now with permanent animal features.
~3link - this is freshly made today (a 10-15 minute sketching outside on a bench)
~4link and link - an interpretable pwn sketch. it's not too impressive but i thought it would be funny if i added the question: "Is she a girl?" as in is she really? Just to make you think of what could the drawing possible be a about (it does not have just one possibility)
Dark magician Girl (still) WIP

you're awesome at tracing other people's work.that hurt T_T
i confess, some of my drawing are after other pictures
but won't you look at my originals at least?
or the last ones i posted, i had no inspiration what so ever for them
Dark Magician girl is not traced after anything! And The nurse isn't either
I'm sorry i got so worked, maybe I'm taking things too seriously
you didn't say anything bad, you just pointed out something that i'm not really proud of but is a way i used as to learn to draw.

Learning to draw by tracing is like learning how to drive by riding roller coasters. Not really, it's more like drivin and automatic car(with no gear box)
You learn the basics
Not all my drawings are traced, I have really good ones that i am really proud of and they are original or live-made portraits (meaning i had the real person in front of me)

don't misunderstand, I don't mind tracing, I would just prefer if you informed us which ones were traced and perhaps give credit to the original artist rather than simply post them all under your name. I'm sure the artist behind kimi ni todoke is easy/renown enough to spot that you knew someone would notice.

What basics are you speaking of?

basic face shape without having to go through the sketching with a circle vertical section in half and then orizontal sections in thirds and for example
now i direct line things, kinda like skip the sketch and do the lineart directly. This way i get clean sketches that i can re-line over without having to erase too much.
It's the principal of pratice

I will take consideration in your point. I don't want to be the little brat with no life but attention whore living in denial and lies. I can't though point out to each drawing the exact source. Most were random, and i didn't even know if they were from a manga/doujinshi anime/visual novel; to some i can't point out a name even now. I was more simple minded than you think. "i want to draw that so i can watch it even if i am not at the computer" (back when i didn't even have a printer, i use to take photographs and download them in the PC). I did say this before, i am not very proud of the ones that are traced. But superficially i like them because they look good. And what should i do now? Burn them? they are part of what i did after all. I am going to go to jail for them in the future? (copyright policy and all that stuff are getting stricter every time)
Why did i trace drawings was because i was firstly a perfectionist, believe me i threw away a lot of personal worked drawings because i wasn't satisfied of them.

Because a big wall of text looks kinda intimidating.
Anyways, I'd recommend you get yourself a mechanical pencil and some HB leads, preferably 0,5mm or thinner (the thinner, the better). It allows you to get a lot more precision when drawing than regular pencils, is much more practical, and the graphite won't smudge near as easily.

I guess what i'm trying to say is don't be proud at all when you've traced, that's not a talent, nor is it original. If you have images you've traced it's fine, but don't post them in public, it's alright to use them for reference (though I agree with kuro, it may be problematic if you need to draw a perspective you've never traced before) but don't ever publicly admit you've taken others work, it's as bad as plagiarism.

This is what I don't get. You say you didn't post your original drawings because you weren't satisfied with them, but then why didn't you also throw away the traces? Or are you more proud of those than the rejected original ones? I wouldn't classify that as being a perfectionist.
but i did post a lot(actually all i still have, exception of some small doodles) of my originals, especially my last ones.
and i also did threw out a lot of my traces, no one told me anything about them but i did feel guilty and the question you rose there ringed in my head and i guess you are right about that, i did use to aim to become a master-tracer...but then i realized i didn't want that.

Or rather, you will eventually resort to it regardless. There will come poses you will not be able to draw without sketching beforehand.[/spoil]
that's true, i am not going to deny that, and i won't deny that i try very hard to keep the sketching minimal

before, i use to draw with a 6B pencil, because it's easy to make a thick outerline and shading texture with it. I hate hard pencils that scratch the paper. Because of the smudge problem i did go for mechanical pencils. Now i use Rotring 0.7
i didn't go for 0.5 because i also write with it at school and i was afraid the mine would break too often. But to your suggestion i will give it a shot for a thinner one to use for drawing.

Just so i will be fair i will remove the traced drawings, all except for ...The Black Cat ones and i will put those separately from my other drawings :) I'm not mad or angry or any or sulking or anything like, i got worked up in my third post is all, after that i listened :)
