I think the accused party should definately face the death penalty for doing such a horrible thing AND to a 7 year-old girl, although I can't help but find the story itself quite arousing and worthy of a doujin :D.

It's gotten to the point where there are so many 'shock stories' that they aren't shocking anymore, tbh. What gets me is the '3% hilarious' rating for that story, though. The fact that there is a 'feeling-o-meter' in the first place is bad enough.
