A good programming IDE?

A little off topic on this one, but I'm curious. Is anyone here a C# programmer, I curious to know your opinions on the language, I've personally done absolutely nothing in the language, but have heard a lot about people using it to develop games in XNA Studio and such.I really like C#. I don't have a ton of experience with it so not sure about game programming with it but for what I have used it for I liked it.
