About CD in lossless format.(,tta + .cue)

I can't seem to make the [ENG] version of this drama cd to work..
I'm currently trying to make it work using foobar2000, it says I need the tta plugin which I already downloaded and it still doesn't work..

Anyone encountered this kind of problem before? I'm trying to avoid converting it to .WAV format so I won't have any quality loss.

Is it a bootleg copy or a pressed cd like you would buy at fye's or a record store.

Honestly IDK for sure but I think a cd you could buy.

should play in the cd player or dvd-rom without a problem unless their someelse in it like exe or something weird.

VLC and MediaMonkey will play them quite happily, at least on my PC, but I've never tried with Foobar.
