i am an airsofter myself and this went to show in high school when four of us went weapons free in school in our final terms.... story is a tad long...

Paintball. airsoft doesn't hurt enough. if you wanna do more than run in circles just blasting, like play a game with a point, paintball is easier to tell who's out.

I play Paintball, whereas my Airsoft guns are purely for entertainment. (Sibling control device, small animal harassment, friend harassment, etc.)

How do you play Airsoft? Isn't just for like what McGee said? I mean paintball has rules and you cover someone in paint when you shoot them. Airsoft you'd be like, " I shot you! I shot you! I heard it hit you!" and they'd be like, "No dude it bounce off the ground first! I was prone and it hit the ground and then bounced up and hit my gun!"

Oh Jesus, I'd never play Paintball naked. That shit actually hurts. Airsofts only sting a little bit.

but i like airsoft more than PAIN ball...well the truth is...i only like airsoft because of the prize....PAIN ball is more realistic

you guys keep saying that you can't tell who's out in airsoft or that it doesn't hurt enough, but I can't say I agree.I've wound up having a tooth break off from being shot with and airsoft bb, and I come back covered in welts every time I play. they also have bb's that leave chalk marks when you get hit now...the sports evolving from just running around and shooting your buddy's with plastic pellets.

this is where it comes down to pure preference. I'm just trying to get across a point not to go around bashing either sport, since I've seen a lot of bickering back and forth . they both have good qualities...I even play both, I just prefer airsoft because I can find more replica's then in paintball. I am quite interested in how much that paintball gun costs and where you found it though.

I found it on Google. I do remember the paintball field back home had a halo battle rifle gun so you should be able to find them in paint ball stores.

XD Sad thing is we don't have any specialty stores around here. we have to get everything from one sports store...just one...that's all we have.

Where is "here" exactly? I lived in the sticks in the south USA and we had like two Paintball areas. Each area had a store and like 5 outdoor fields and usually an indoor building. It was like 10 bucks to play for the day and you just had to buy the paint you used. You had a store at each one.
I don't know if I had TWO paintball field around where I lived because of where I lived or despite of it. I do know I had to go there every time my brother had a birthday party.
