Amazing things when bored

Ever manage to do amazing, or otherwise useful, things while bored?

I was planning on originally going to bed about two or so hours ago, but I'm still not sleepy yet. I figured I'd just sit around Fakku and listen to KEY soundtracks until I started to fall asleep in my chair.

Well, that got boring to so I started browsing for images on Gelbooru and Sankaku Complex. I was looking up different images of girls from KEY's work for working on future pictures on my MAL profile.

Eventually I found a few images of some of the girls from the different anime adaptations and started randomly throwing them together on the screen. Before I knew it I came up with this:



Not bad from going from bored to tears and desperate to go to sleep to something that actually turned out half decent as a welcome picture for Meet and Greet. *shrugs*

Such amazing thing a boredom is..........

I learned to juggle once because I was bored.

I learned to play the guitar in school because no one ever fucking taught me anything. I'm learning two languages when I have nothing else to do. I write songs (nothing too great) on a semi-regular basis. I, too, taught myself to juggle one time. I suck at it now, but I was pretty boss for a while.

One time, I was really bored. And I do mean REALLY bored. So I fished out my lego collection from my childhood days (yes I still have them), and in 6 hours or so, I built a lego robot that was around 3.5 feet tall. Heavy as hell, but very cool.

I swear, if anyone makes fun of me for still having my legos, I will hunt you down, rip off your cojones, and shove them down your throat.

Pretty much this, or sometimes i start re-playing games, and sometimes i start watching a new anime.

I have a fucking huge collection and spent 4 hours making a close replica of an Mi-24 Hind attack helicopter.

Ran out of room, and I was just going with a random pick of the anime girls.

I did manage to clean out my aunt's filthy, disgusting rat-filled, dangerous to children, and internet free house 1 boring day last year... and it was 2 stories of junk filled rooms.

I read or listen to music when I'm bored, nothing amazing.

Walk up to couples that are kissing and tell one of them that their partner is cheating. Sometimes it fails, sometimes people thank me for freeing them from a illusion. I am such a wonderful guy.
