Android System Is Not Responding HELP!

So when i woke up today, i checked my android tab and as i noticed it said Process system not responding, i have to choices, wait or force close. I have no idea what happened, when i restart it with the home and back button they go back to the same place. Please does anyone have a fix for this? Its just a black screen with that message, i have no idea how to fix it. Anyone out there, id really appreciate some help on this.

Edit: if i remember correctly it was plugged to my computer, but im not sure if it was on usb mode or anything.
