Annual Sakura(Cherry Blossom) Viewing

For those who live on the east coast, this the last week to watch the sakura trees in full bloom in Washington D.C. Also check your local botanical garden if they have Japanese Cherry Blossoms planted there.

I live in NJ and we have them here, I will take pictures and return to post them.
Although they started blooming a week and a half ago, and i haven't left my house in a week, so I don't know if they will still be there, I'll go out and check.

This is one of the reasons I wish I was living near the east coast, I have yet to experience this kind of event. I would like to see how I would feel seeing sakura trees being in full blossom. I envy you Jonoe. Oh well, I hope you have fun watching them blossom.

I'm not sure about NJ, but in D.C. they start blossoming around March 31 - April 11.

D: Here the cherry blossoms won't start blooming for a couple of weeks. But I'll probably go check it out as usual.
Sadly our trees are planted in the middle of town and won't grow to be as big as the one in Jonoe's video.
This is where I'll enjoy watching the cherry blossoms.

Here's a video of how it would look like. I missed the start of the festival yesterday.
Those are the trees we have, I think.
I mean they are pink flowers on trees right?
They pretty much look the same. Here's a picture I took. Btw this flowers are white, I'll upload the pink ones later.
