What? Doujinland doesn't even use Google Ads, do they? All the gallery ads I ever see are adult in nature, so I always assumed they used Black Label or a similar ad revenue service. Something smells fishy about this.

It's not only Google ads that is taking precautions.
I quote myself on this:
Doujinland basically uses a wordpress interface (which doesn't cost him a penny). Only thing he has to pay for is his URL [addition: and some webspace for the galleries] I guess?
Dude said he had to get rid of it because of the advertisers (same thing as with many sites), but - he exclusively uses file hosters that pay him. So money isn't really the issue because he barely has any expenses, you catch my drift?
The thought of him making money off us translator's work never sat well with me anyway (without our consent, unlike Fakku, where we upload voluntarily). Plus the user base over there is retarded, haha.
I thought about this again, and what he did is not a smart move from a business perspective in ANY way.
Dropping Loli will make many visitors leave the site for good, so he has to reconsider what keeping these alleged advertisers is really worth. Not losing half his user base, I bet.
So there HAS to be something bigger behind it, I think.

Yeah, there is clearly more involved in that situation than with revenue alone. Only thing I can figure is whoever he is getting this storage from has a policy against adult material, but I seriously doubt whoever that might be is pushing him into this.
Edit: Ah, forget. No way I could say that without sounding antagonistic.

please avoid posting rival hentai website links.I think the circumstances were a bit different, but yeah, suppose it would have been just as easy to mention the site without directly linking to them.
Probably holds double since Doujinland has flat out taken quite a few doujins right from Fakku or Fakku affiliates. XD

Search for "english lolicon" on Bing, Clusty or whatever (NOT GOOGLE for obvious reasons), viola.
