any way to bypass "Us Only" online shops

Okay, a quuestion that might interest all of our european friends too, since europe is the goonies when it comes to game releases

Is it possible to bypass Online stores that ship their items only to places in the US? (EXEPT for knowing someone living there)
There is such a way for JP only stores (A guide can be found here)
does such a service exist for the US too?
