Arctic Monkeys

I have no idea how I got hooked to this band but their music is really interesting and catchy.

Suffice it to say that I wouldn't have expected you to like indie/alt rock. :p

They're fairly good, but so overplayed here that it's unreal. The kind of band I won't be able to bring myself to listen to again for a couple of years.

Fantastic band. I still believe that their first album is their best, although they do have some awesome B-sides.

Well really I was into the whole Punk rock/Alt rock scene back when I was in my early teens, I only got into metal in my mid teens but I still enjoy that kind of music as long as it makes me feel alive and doesn't bore the hell out of me like a lot of new bands do.
