Arms!

Hey
I'm getting back into working out and one of my biggest trouble areas is my upper arms so I want to trim them and get them back on track! ha ha
So what are some suggestions of stretches or workouts to do to help improve the arms? I'm guessing weight lifting is one of them but maybe some specific weight excercises would help me!
(also if the excercises work the shoulder blade area too that would be lovely)
Thanks! :D

Sorry, you can't target specific areas of your body if you want to lose fat.
You can however, get more definition in your muscles by 'cutting' (not literally). The term basically means getting more muscle definition.
I don't know what you mean by upper arm. If you're talking about biceps/triceps, bicep curls/tricep dips (4 sets of 12-15 reps with light weight, dips however you do with your body so just use your own body weight and do as many as you can). Or your brachioradialis (AKA forearm muscle) some forearm curls with light weight. I have more in mind and a few sites as well if you still want more. As for your 'shoulder blade area', I'm guessing your referring to your back muscles, do pull ups. Best exercise for a nice back.
However, even if you do do those exercises, you won't see results if there is a layer of fat covering it. So the best thing to do is to do:
Cardio + weightlifting + proper diet. Lose the fat and you'll see the definition in your arms and everywhere else.
I see some guys working out and they are ripped. But they can barely bench 140, that's because they are skinny and you can see their muscle definition. The same applies to everyone else, the less fat you have the more muscle will be seen.
