Yep, I like to see how an artist evolve and improve over time by going through their old->newer works. It's very interesting and extremely inspiring o3o.

[color=#006FFF]Ah, I enjoy looking through artists' works like that as well for the same reasons. It usually reinforces not only the "Practice makes perfect" idea but also that everyone has a starting point--no one's amazing right from the start! =P

And I'm glad you like it. I'll probably be practicing that kind of look and trying things out with it alongside my other drawings. Maybe I'll be able to work in my skill with a pencil when drawing realism (since I find drawing realism much easier when I have an actual pencil) onto my tablet with my digital works using that kind of art style.

On another note, my next post is my 1000th (years later than planned) o3o...
Maybe I should make it a special drawing, lol.

[color=#006FFF]1000th post calls for something nice and/or special, and so I decided to go with a more dignified image of one of my favorite characters, Rarity (again). I felt she deserved a better image than being in the cold in nothing but her robe, lol. Also wanted to try working with thinner lines.



[color=#006FFF]And since I know not everyone is as into ponies (not to say I'm an extreme fan), this outfit is based on one outfit she wore during a song montage.

With the end of my semester closing in on me, I don't find too much time to draw (alongside being a little more than stressed with some classes), so I decided to do a simple chibified version of my OC, Dolly. I've been thinking of enrolling her in the force lately, so here she is, dressed for the job.

This is cute. The zombie art style reminds me a lot of Panty & Stocking from when they were zombie officers.

I would say go with the coloring style you have been using with your recent pics.
They have that certain gleam that brings out your art to life.

Time for something a little different.
I did this, like, one or two days ago during some down time after thinking about genderswap stuff in anime and while I've spammed it around elsewhere, I thought I'd add it here.

This is a (generous) genderswap of yours truly. Somehow, I feel embarrassed about this one all of the sudden, haha. Ignore the fact that she's (I'm?) holding a remote. It's more of a placeholder than anything else.

[color=#006FFF]I didn't put any shading or anything (hence there being several so quickly) on them simply because I did them as a goof, but maybe I'll do a "final one" when I settle on an outfit I like (and when I'm done this essay, lol). Part of me likes the line art most though. Dunno why; regardless, I'm probably a little more obsessed with how the face turned out than I should be... haha.

Oh, my. What nice curves you have. I personally love the sweater attire on her/you.
