This was suposed to be Character from my novel.Mariko or Mari(just to be noted this isn't a Japanese name,some people thought it as Japanese).

It's good to see someone excited about drawing. However, you need to do more than a few sketches in order for any kind of significant improvement to occur. Sorry. :>
Question, did you draw these on loose A4 papers? If so, it'd be a good idea to get an A4 notebook (with no lines) solely for drawing. Not only does it make things more practical and organized, but you can simply flip back to your previous drawings at any time and see the improvements you're making. I used to do that for quite a few years. Filled 6 or 7 full notebooks before I stopped. I should get back to doing that.
