Baseball Park Fatal Fall

Second fatal fall this season, and there was almost a third just days later.

So what do you think of this? I'd like to hear what people have to say about this.

Pure Darwin theory at work.Hmm. I'd disagree with the first one. The guy just sorta carried himself over with momentum. The safety rail was pretty much at waist height and if you're balanced right, you'd never go over.
The guy that was caught? I'd totally agree with you, he was standing on a table leaning out and down he went. I'm curious about the amount of liquor involved too. People are pretty liberal about imbibing it around here.
For sure this means no more players throwing balls into the crowds.
And the player in the video? Doesn't even turn his head towards the guy. I thought that was kind of creepy. Even with the general volume of the crowds, you still see players picking out individuals taunting them.

He probably didn't even know what the hell was going on.
How the hell do you even fall? I been to plenty of games and done that sort of stuff, and I swear it's somewhat impossible to actually lose balance like that.

From my understanding, the player threw the ball up to the guy. At least that is how I heard it on the radio.

Yeah, sad, we get it. But am I the only one who doesn't feel bad for him (I do feel bad for his son... terrible for a kid to watch that). Hell, don't they tell people "Don't lean over the rail"? Even assuming that they don't, its common sense NOT to lean a moderately low rail that keeps you from falling to your death. I agree with animefreak, and would've liked to present the man's widow with a Darwin Award, if he did not already reproduce.
