Does anyone do anything from Beach Body? Insanity? Asylum? P90X?
I just finished stage one of Insanity. I hate it...

I've done Instanity for about six and a half weeks, while I was off work for a two month vacation, really good work out and pretty fun to do.
Although I really hate these programs for the proffesionals in this, i mean. Doing an hour a day isn't as hard as I though it would be, but at the pace they do it at, pretty much make-believe for me XD.
As for the others, i've only really seen P90X, which I didn't agree with that much.

I've tried P90X and it wasn't that great. Insanity on the other hand is great as long as you stick with it.

I've been meaning to try at least one of them someday. However, I don't think I can even start them right now because I'm out of shape. When I do, my plan is to at least get partially on shape(or at least get the rust out of my body) before even considering trying one of them.

I can link you to a torrent. It will make you kick your own butt. Literally.

Thanks but I already downloaded it. What I don't have right now is the time to do it. My plan is to, at least, try it out after finishing my classes this semester. On the summer break, to be exact.

I do Hip Hop Abs a lot. Shaun T also does that one, and it works for me, but some people find it too easy for them. It's pretty fun though, as it's a lot like dancing. I also do Insanity sometimes when I feel I need more of a challenge. I've also tried Turbo Jam before, and it works pretty well, but I found it to be kind of boring. A lot of people seem to like it though, so maybe that'll be worth checking out. ^_^

I've done a few of the P90X workouts, they weren't bad but some of the workouts took over an hour and involve a lot of high repetition exercises which can get really boring. I think the most fun way to do any sort of getting in shape is high weight lifts for lower repetitions, I guess not everyone can join a gym tho.

I started then stopped insanity about 3 times, can only do one day then quit. I heard that the second day is always the hardest so i guess i will have to give it another try and not punk out again, it's just that I'm not motivated to do it. I guess I need to do it with a friend.

Combine weight lifting, warm up exercises(ex: jumping jacks), a balance diet(60% carbs - 30% meat - 10% veggies) to achieve after burn effects. You'll lose weight real fast if you work out every other day. For me took me 1 week to lose 10 pounds right off. Just search up after burn effect on Google or look up on YouTube for mike Chang's workout tips. I learned from experimenting with his exercises and tips and mixing with my own experience on weightlifting and eating habits. Oh and P90x is good, but like all things, you have to commit your ass to it and stick to it. I never liked p90x and I stuck with my own way, and I lost a lot faster and gained more muscle mass and tone than my friends did with p90x through weight and time. But thats me only. My body is different from yours, so find out your bodies limits to try and maximize its potential.

Insanity is good. I've just been dieting and working out 6/7 days for the last couple months. It's finally warmer out now, so I can go for beach runs in the morning...

I started doing Insanity Core Cardio and Balance 3 times a week last year, and it took 2-3 months to get to the point where I could do the entire workout. lol I also try to fit 6-8 hours of a dance practice a week into my workout routine as well.
