Best Fighting Style?

Not sure about you people but I used to do Aikido and I found the use of opponent strength very comfortable.

Surprised that I didn't see this topic before. I'm probably gonna be the odd man out here, but I practice Eskrima, though under a very particular fighting system called Bayani Warrior. Anyway, I'll be honest: it's a weapons-based fighting system and any empty-hand moves are derived from weapons-based moves. If you want a pure empty-hand martial art, look elsewhere, but the fact is that it is very effective in a fight, but also extremely deadly since you are using weapons. Primary weapons are typically sticks, but there is a whole curriculum on bladed weapons as well, both use and defense. I'm not here to argue that Eskrima is the beat-all end-all martial art, but at the very least, it's easy to learn and something you can start applying almost immediately.

Here's my background in martial arts.

A real fight on the street will only last 1 min. So discussing about real world applications on which martial art would be better in that situation is utter bullshit. Yes, there are videos of disarming knives and guns, but in reality it's safer to just give up your wallet.
For a martial artist it's not about being better than others it is about pushing yourself and improving your own style. Heck, even within the same style of martial arts everyone has their own style that is different.
