Don't know for hentai, but most live action porn streaming sites (which have some hentai content in them) can usually be accessed on mobiles by using "m." instead of "www." I also used to download porn on my phone ages ago from phonerotica.

I recommend using an internet browser that lets you use something other than safari so it doesn't detect your phone/tablet. Youporn lets you download videos with a link so that's what I usually use.

I can confirm that one of the accounts does work on the mobile version of Mofos. Which is what you're gonna have to find out.
