It depends. Speaking for America, there are states that specifically outlaw it and those that don't, with some covering bestiality under 'animal cruelty'. (Srsly? A man and a bitch, I understand. As long as you aren't making/distributing, have a large collection, or wave around a sign that says "I HAVE ZOO PORN!", you won't be prosecuted or seriously pursued.
